Jen McCall has over 30 years' experience working in scholarly publishing, at publishing houses including Cambridge University Press, Wiley, and Palgrave Macmillan.
As Acquisitions Editor for history and the interdisciplinary humanities at CEU Press, she would welcome proposals for books and series related to the modern (18th-20th century) history of Central and Eastern and Southeastern Europe. She has a particular interest in receiving proposals covering global and transnational history (including books for the Global Easts series from Jie-Hyun Lim), economic history, post-communist history, and (post) colonial history (including for the new series Imperialism and Colonialism in Central and Eastern Europe) .
Jen has a long-held interest in championing interdisciplinary research.
